Parent Teacher Organization

The Hallinan Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) supports the collaborative relationship between families and educators. Supporting the social, emotional, physical and enhancing the educational development of our students, through enrichment opportunities, activities, and community events. We strive through our volunteer assistance and financial support to help our school administration, staff and teachers educate our students and make Hallinan Elementary the very best learning environment possible.

Educational Enrichment

The Hallinan PTO enhances our student’s education with funding for field trips, classroom supplies, library books, technology improvements, and much, much more. The following are just a few specific programs that we help fund and administer:

Social and School Spirit

The Hallinan PTO helps create a strong sense of community through events and programs that provide social opportunities and promote school spirit. Following are a few such events that we help fund and administer:

Hallinan Donations

Our PTO General Meetings are open to all Hallinan parents, guardians, teachers, and staff. PTO meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 8:30 am in the Hallinan Library.

Please note that our posted budget reflects our actuals as of the date listed on the budget. We do our best to update our budget throughout the year. If you ever have any questions, please reach out to the Hallinan PTO Presidents.

Expense Reimbursement Process: Email receipts or invoices to the Hallinan Treasurer to be reimbursed. Please expect a 5–7-day turnaround for reimbursement checks.
